Maintenance Member Packages

Overview:

Whether it’s hardscapes, water features, or rubber surfacing, we provide maintenance so our clients can get the most out of their space without having to put in the work. Pressure washing your hardscape, cleaning out your water feature, reconditioning the rubber surface of your trail or playground or fluffing your turf, we do the heavy lifting.

Common Questions We Hear!

For hardscapes we offer pressure washing, sealing, weed and moss removal, joint sanding, re-leveling and other repairs to keep your hardscape looking clean, protected and structurally sound. We offer a complimentary inspection and cleaning one year after installation for our clients.

For artificial turf we pressure wash and sanitize the area.  Once a year we will replenish your infill and re-brush your turf to keep it standing tall and looking lush. 

For rubber safety surfacing we offer cleaning, sanitizing, reconditioning and repair of granulated, cracked or other damaged areas. Regular inspections and reconditioning will help prevent granulation or cracks that quickly leads to larger and more costly repair jobs.  

For water features we offer regular service visits to our members for debris removal, cleaning and maintenance of filtration systems, water treatments, string algae removal, pruning of plants, fertilizing of plants, and more. We will perform any seasonal maintenance (i.e. fall netting, winter shutdown or winter preparation for fish). Check out our membership packages for more details.

Pavers should be thoroughly cleaned once a year with a light pressure wash to remove any moss, staining, or other debris. It is important not to damage the face of your surface while cleaning.

Sealing is optional, but recommended every 2–3 years, depending on usage and weather exposure.

Re-sanding the joints will be necessary every 3-5 years. You’ll know it is time when the jointing material is cracking or you notice gaps between the pavers. Weed growth in the joints is another sign it might be time to re-sand.  If you’re unsure, reach out to have your hardscape inspected.

Yes, we can replace individual pavers and repair any structural damage to restore the appearance and safety of your hardscape. 

Our pond member packages range from every two weeks during pond season to three times per year for our most basic membership. 

For rubber, a maintenance inspection and cleaning is done every 6 months and reconditioning is done as needed depending on condition of the surface.

Turf cleaning is available on a one off occurrence, monthly, quarterly, twice per year and yearly.

Hardscape maintenance is once per year. 

You’ll want to ensure debris are removed from the surface of the water so they don’t sink and degrade. This leads to a number of issues with the balance of your ecosystem, but also results in unsightly sludge and can harm your fish. Plantings, fertilization, and pruning is necessary to maintain balance. Make sure to empty your skimmer basket regularly and rinse the filter pads on your biofalls.  An inspection of the pump to ensure good working order is always a good idea to potentially get ahead of any issues due to failure. Keep an eye out for string algae and remove it promptly. It’s a good idea to install an auto-doser to cut down on having to apply water treatments yourself.  A yearly cleaning is recommended to keep your pond beautiful and your water clear; the last thing you want is to look through crystal clear water to a dirty mucky mess at the bottom of your water feature.  We take care of all this for you as an exclusive Piper Whitney member.
