The timeline varies depending on the size, complexity, and features of the project. On average, it can take 4–12 weeks from design to completion, not accounting for permit approval. It is important to consider weather as this can be cause for significant delays.
It depends on the requirements for the project. We typically use high-quality, durable, and eco-friendly materials such as powder-coated steel or recycled plastic, but occasionally for more quaint projects like daycares or neighborhood parks we use treated wood. We only use the highest quality materials to ensure safety and longevity.
Typically, permits are already filed when we are brought on for a project. For larger municipalities, designs with stamped and sealed engineered plans that have already been approved by the city. However, if this isn’t the case for your project we are to take care of all necessary permits and ensure the project complies with local safety and accessibility standards, including ADA guidelines.
We install walking & biking trails, landscape design and installation, pads for picnic tables or grilling, turf for dog parks or other open spaces, ponds or garden/planting beds. Anything your imagination can wander, we can bring to life.
